    HOW TO ADD/EDIT/DELETE DOCTOR ?

    To Add a New Doctor, follow the below steps:-

    • Login to admin panel
    • Go to Doctors

    It will navigate you to the other page, titled ‘Doctors’. It shows three tabs as follows:-

    (1). Add New Doctor :-  Click here to Add a New Doctor, Enter the required fields as follow:-

    (a)Name :- Enter the name of the doctor

    (b)Address :- Enter the address of the doctor

    (c)Email :- Enter the Email id

    (d)Username :- Enter the username of the doctor

    (e)Password :- Enter the password you want to assign

    (f)Phone No :- Enter the phone number

    (g)Department :- Select the department of the doctor from the drop down menu

    (h)Profile :- Enter the profile of the doctor

    (i)Upload Photo :- Upload the photograph

    After Entering all the details Click on ‘Save’ button.

    (2). Edit– Click here to edit any existing Doctor. It will navigate you to the other page, titled ‘Edit Doctors’. Edit details as follow:-

    Edit the existing Doctor Details and Click on ‘Update’ button.

    (3). Delete– Select desired Doctor to delete & Click OK to delete the existing Doctor.

    DOCTOR’S MANUAL

    When a Doctor will log into his account, the page on his screen is as follows:

    (1). Dashboard :- The above mentioned image is visible on the Dashboard itself.


    (2). Patient :- Click here to add/edit/delete the details about patients. Next page shown will be like this:

    1. Add New Patient :- Click here to add any new patient.It will navigate you to a new window titled ‘Add Patient’, which shows the details as follows:

    2. Edit :- Click here to edit any patient.It will navigate you to a new window titled ‘Edit Patient’, which shows the details as follows:

    3. Delete :-  Click here to delete any patient.It shows the details as follows:

    (3). Appointments :-  Click here to add appointment,it will navigate you to a new window titled ‘Appointment’ .Details are as follows:

    (a) Add New Appointment :- By clicking on this it will navigate you to new window titled ‘Add Appointment’  where you need to fill the required details.It shows as follows :

    • Doctor
    • Patient
    • Appointment Date

    (4). Appointment Request :- Click here to approve any appointment request , details are shown below :

    (5). Prescription :- Click here to add/edit/delete any prescription ,details are shown below:

    (a) Add New Prescription :- Click here to add new prescription,details are shown below:

    (b) Edit :- Click here to Edit any prescription

    (c) Delete :- Click here to delete any prescription


    (6). Hospital :- It will give you complete detail regarding the birth/death/operation.Details are shown below :

    In Hospital there is a drop down which shows Report, it is categorized into three tabs:

    1. Death :-  where you can add/edit/delete the details related to death

    2. Birth :- where you can add/edit/delete the details related to Birth

    3. Operation :-  where you can add/edit/delete the details related to Operation
