    HOW TO ADD/EDIT/DELETE PATIENTS

    To Add a New Patient, follow the below steps:-

    • Login to admin panel
    • Go to Patient

    It will navigate you to the other page ,titled ‘Patients’. It shows three tabs as follows:-

    (1). Add New Patient :-  Click here to Add a New Patient, Enter the required fields as follow:-

    (a) Name :- Enter the name of the patient

    (b) Patient Email :- Enter the email id

    (c) Phone No :- Enter the phone number

    (d) Date of Birth :- Choose the date of birth

    (e) Patient Age :- Enter the patient’s age

    (f) Blood Group :- Choose the blood group of patient

    (g) Sex :- Choose the sex of the patient

    (h) Address :- Enter the complete address

    (i) Upload Photo :- Upload the photograph of the patient

    After Entering all the details Click on ‘Save’ button.

    (2). Edit :- Click here to edit any existing Patient. It will navigate you to the other page, titled ‘Edit Patients’. Edit details as follow:-

    Edit the existing Patient Details and Click on ‘Update’ button.

    (3). Delete :- Select desired Patient to delete & Click here to delete the existing  Patient.

    PATIENT’S MANUAL

    When a Patient will log into his account, the page on his screen is as follows:

    (1). Dashboard :- The above mentioned image is visible on the Dashboard itself.

    (2). Appointment Request :-  Click here Request an Appointment or view the list of appointments. Next page shown will be like this:

    • Token Number
    • Date
    • Doctor
    • Patient

    Click on Request Appointment to generate a new request, it will navigate you to a new page which is as follows :

    (a) Doctor :- Choose the name of the doctor with whom you want to consult from the drop down menu

    (b) Appointment Date :- Select the desired appointment date.

    (3). Pending Appointment :- Click on this to check the list of pending appointments,it will navigate you to the new page titled ‘Appointment Request’ is as follows :

    • Date
    • Doctor
    • Patient

    (4). Blood Bank :- Click here to check all the details regarding Blood Bank, it will navigate you to the new page titled ‘Blood Bank’ which is as follows :

    • Blood Group
    • Status

    (5). Prescription :- Click here to check all the details regarding prescriptions,it will navigate you to the new page titled‘Prescription’ , which shows as follows :

    • Date
    • Doctor
    • Patient
    • Options

    (6). Doctor :- Click here to check all the details regarding the list of doctors,it will navigate you to the new page titled ‘Doctors’ , which shows as follows :

    • Doctors
    • Department

    (7). Patient Report :- Click here to check all the details regarding the report, it will navigate you to the new page which is divided into 3 tabs appears as follows :

    1. Death
    2. Birth
    3. Operation
    • Type
    • Description
    • Date
    • Patient
    • Doctor

    (8). Admit History :- Click here to check all the details regarding the bed, it will navigate you to the new page titled ‘Bed Allotments’ which appears as follows :

    • Bed Number
    • Bed Type
    • Patient
    • Allotment Time
    • Discharge Time

    (9). Invoice :-  Click here to check all the details regarding the invoice, it will navigate you to the new page titled ‘Invoices’ which appears as follows :

    • Invoice Number
    • Title
    • Patient
    • Creation Date
    • Due Date
    • Status
    • Options -> View
